Shipping Policy

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and United States Territories. Unfortunately, we do not offer APO/FPO/DPO or international shipping at this time. This may change if our community grows in that direction!

What happens when I purchase?

You'll receive a confirmation via the email you provided. Any tracking will be available within 24 hours.

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days unless stated otherwise on the listing (such as in the case of pre-orders). Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. By "processed," we mean that your package will be handed to the delivery carrier within 1-3 business days! Please account for additional shipping time.

Shipping Time: Shipping time is dependent on many factors including the priority of shipping you choose at checkout, carrier processes and defects, and high volume times of the year (such as Black Friday). If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you directly via email or telephone.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages during Transit: We hate it when this happens! When it does, you'll need to speak with the carrier. We are not responsible for stolen, lost, held or damaged packages, but we will take the utmost care of your package prior to shipping!

Return & Exchange Policy

Sealed Product Return Policy: Due to the nature of sealed product in the TCG industry, we unfortunately cannot offer returns once the item has been shipped.

Other items Return Policy: Other non-TCG items can be returned at the buyer's expense for no fee, such as pins, prints, plushies, figurines, tapestries, etc. However, custom art that GCC members may generate are non-refundable as it was made especially for you!

Can I exchange? Unfortunately, no

What about pre-orders? All pre-order items for are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for Weiss Schwarz. For Pokemon, Union Arena, and One Piece, you may request a pre-order cancellation via email. Release dates are estimated by their manufacturers, actual release date may change without notice!

 

What is there's an issue with my order?

That said, if something arrives damaged, not as described, or you receive the wrong product, please send us an email. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right ! | info@ghostcitycollects.com

How can I cancel an order?

Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment but are subject to a 6% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.

To request a cancellation, email info@ghostcitycollects.com with the Subject line: "CANCEL ORDER #..."
